summer time and skincare routine for glowing healthy skin

Its officially summer and that means time to break out the shorts, tank tops, and swimsuits! But before you do, make sure your skin is ready for the sun. Follow these tips to have a summer-ready skin routine.

First, sunscreen is key. Make sure your sunscreen has broad spectrum protection and an SPF of 30 or higher. Apply it every day, even on cloudy days. As the weather warms up, it's important to remember to put sunscreen on before heading out for the day. sunscreen helps protect your skin from harmful UV rays that can cause sunburn, skin cancer, and premature aging. It's important to reapply it every two hours, especially if you're swimming or sweating. Also, be sure to put sunscreen on all exposed areas of skin, including your face, neck, ears, and hands. And don't forget to wear sunglasses and a hat to further protect your face from the sun! By following these simple tips, you can enjoy the summertime sunshine while keeping your skin safe.

Next, exfoliate regularly. You may have heard that exfoliating your skin is important, but you may not be sure why. Exfoliation is the process of removing dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. This can be done mechanically, with a brush or exfoliating glove, or chemically, with a product that contains fruit acids or enzymes. Exfoliation is important because it helps to keep the skin looking fresh and radiant. It also helps to unclog pores and prevent breakouts. If you have never exfoliated before, start with a gentle exfoliant and use it once or twice a week. You will soon see a difference in your skin! Dead skin makes your skin look dull. Use a gentle scrub two or three times a week to keep your complexion looking bright.

Then, keep your skin hydrated and moisturised. It's no secret that moisturising is important for keeping your skin healthy, but it's even more important in summer. The hotter weather can cause your skin to become dehydrated, leading to dryness, flaking, and even premature wrinkles. Fortunately, you keep your skin moisturised all summer long. Make sure you moisturise every day, even if you don't feel like you need to. Choose a light moisturiser that won't clog your pores or leave your skin feeling greasy. Choose a moisturiser with antioxidants. In fact, everyone can benefit from using a moisturiser with antioxidants. Antioxidants help to protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals, which can lead to premature aging. moisturisers with antioxidants can also help to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. So, if you're looking for a way to keep your skin looking young and healthy, be sure to use a moisturiser with antioxidants. You'll be glad you did! Use a humidifier at night to help add moisture to the air and prevent your skin from drying out overnight. If you have dry skin apply another layer of light yet very deep hydrating moisturiser like RADIXIR confidence moisturiser.

Also, use Radixir ice globes. Radixir ice globes are an easy and refreshing way to help improve your skin! The cool feeling from the ice globes can help with lymphatic drainage, increase circulation, and reduce swelling and inflammation. Radixir ice globes can also help improve collagen and elstin synthesis. You can use Radixir ice globes in the morning or evening, or after you come from the beach or a walk. massaging your face with Radixir ice globes is a great way to help improve your skin!

Finally, drink plenty of water. Dehydration can cause your skin to look dry and tired.
